Shipping

UK Orders

All items shipped within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail. Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

First class (1-3 working days) at a price of £3.95

Second class (2-4 working days) at a price of £2.95

Tracked 48 (1-2 working days) at a price of £4.95

All orders over £45 qualify for free postage.

International Orders

All items shipped internationally are shipped via Royal Mail, we offer two options;

- Standard tracked (Europe) at £14.99

- Standard tracked (International) at £23.99

We are not responsible for any customs or tax charges for orders outside of the UK. 

Please keep an eye on your orders tracking as if you have had an attempted delivery and do not collect within the local couriers time frame the order will be shipped back to us. This will result in further charges for a re-ship of your order or the items from your order being refunded and cancelled. 

Tax and Customs

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. International custom charges/taxes are not within our control so you may be required to pay this depending on your location. 

Dispatch info

We work hard 7 days a week to ensure your products are packed and shipped in a timely manner.

We aim to dispatch all items within 1-4 working days (dependent on postage option). Once dispatched you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number.

Please be aware that during busy periods such as Christmas or bank holidays, it may take a few extra days for you to receive your items.

Please allow 5 working days from dispatch before contacting us if you have not received your parcel.  

Stolen, Lost and Damaged parcels

Once your item has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver your parcel. While we will do our upmost to help with lost parcels, we cannot be held responsible for any stolen or lost items, this is down to the courier. By purchasing, you agree to these conditions.
